Interests: My name is Tyler Sanderson. I'm 20 years old, currently a sophomore at WKCTC. I just finished up my fourth semester there, with only one more year before I graduate! I will have my Associates in Business Administration: Management and from there, I start my life.
My life is pretty much tied up now and secured. I have the best family anyone could ask for. We don’t have much money, and we make the best of what love is and support each other no matter what. One day I hope to raise a family as I’ve been raised myself. I’m dating a girl whom I’ve become close with and have fallen in love with. Her name is Amy Marsh and she’s my inspiration to do better. I’ve got my job; I work as a manager at Wendy’s. I have been employed there since I turned 16. I also monitor the church grounds, which I’ve done since I was 14.

| Been a while since I've updated, don't really know why I'm even still on this thing but it's interesting to read over my past... 5 years and how I was.
Last time I updated was 2-3 days before I took my next step up the ladder in Wendy's to General Manager at another store.
Since I've taken over...
Turned over 85% of the crew, 70% of management, increased sales by 25% compared to last year, cross-trained most of the new crew to a COT AVG of 17.5%, profits remain roughly 10% of sales.
I should be proud of myself for the progress the store has made in a mere 9 months.
In addition to that change, I've gotten my own apartment back in April in Murray, KY. Me and our dogs Cooper and Cassius live here. Cassius is a new dog we have, someone gave him to us. He is a pug. :) He has made himself best friends with Cooper which is awesome.
Graduated in November with my Associates in Business Administration. Took an additional semester to try and tackle a Bachelors degree but it was too much working 50 hours a week and trying to keep my sanity. So I decided to put that project on the shelf for now until I find out how to find the time.
Life is good right now. Like my job now that I got it how I want it.

| And so begins a new chapter in my life... another one has closed.
I'm officially done with the Wendy's in Benton. I'm not done with the "company" so to speak, as I'm transferring to the Paris, TN store as the General Manager. They've lost 4 managers, along with their head honcho so I'm taking her spot. This should be interesting... I'm nervous... and scared but also excited... and ready for change. A ton of responsibility, but a well-deserved salary.
How will I manage 14 hours in school and 50 hours at work? How will I cope with the hour long one-way commute to work? How will I cope with getting up at 3am on Mondays to do the paperwork and weekly payroll? Many other questions come to mind but I will leave it short as it's just my first jitters at a somewhat "new" job.
Many new things are coming my way, but hopefully in the long run it will be beneficial to me and my future. Amy and I are doing great, we have a dog now... lab/terrier mix he is 6 months old now! I still live at home, but I hope to move to Murray soon. I need an apartment that will take pets, as I really don't want to purchase a house right now when I'm not married yet. I want to put that off until me and my other half can make that decision together.
If anyone has any ideas of apartment homes or complexes accepting pets too, please let me know.
As for anything else, life is still the same and I would not have it any other way.

| Lots of things have happened since my last post...
Went through another semester at college with high marks, 4 A's and a C (Business Law... booo!)
Just finishing the summer semester with good marks as well. Found a job... Briggs and Stratton. Passed my drug test, physical, and the course they gave me. I'm now in the pool of applicants just waiting on a phonecall :)
Amy and I are doing great. Today is our 1 year anniversary. I love her more than anything :)
I graduate in December with my Associates... then off to Murray State!! Wahoo.
Nobody reads this hardly, but I still use it.

| Just thought I'd update since I havent in a while.
Schools great. Have good grades this semester (best semester yet)... I've made the decision to go to Murray State for my Bachelors once I graduate in December with my Associates. I plan to get my credits at where I'm at now and transfer everything once I'm ready. It makes things cheaper as I'll be taking out student loans.
Also, I'm looking for employment at the moment. I'm tired of the ruckus Wendy's causes me in school. Everyone contemplated a strike but we decided against it because it would turn out bad for all of us. I'm tired of the promises that aren't kept, thats all I will say.
If anyone knows of any financial help I could get for Murray State or WKCTC, or help with other employment, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.

| Haven't updated in a while, as I've just finished the hardest and busiest semester of all... only to get a month off before diving back into the world of business at WKCTC... only into even HARDER classes...

Anyways, hope everyone is doing well. Things are splendid here, as I'm still working at Wendy's.. go figure. I'm also still with Amy, we've been together close to 5 months now. Things are great, family, friends, work, school... MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR (as i probably wont post again until...for a while anyways)
